The First Chronic Care Management Registry Launched by New Cloud Startup

CareCliques launches for practices of all sizes, a new tech startup, today announced the first online registry and productivity solution designed for Chronic Care Management. The solution consists of a set of innovative web and mobile apps that automate the detailed time management, patient engagement and reporting requirements published by the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) related to Chronic Care Management.
