Asset Campus Housing Hires Stacey Lecocke as Senior Vice President
Houston, Texas (PRWEB) April 08, 2015 -- Asset Campus Housing (ACH), the largest management and privately held student housing company in the U.S., announced today that it has hired student housing industry veteran, Stacey Lecocke, as a senior vice president.
Prior to joining ACH, Lecocke held the position of senior vice president of operations at Grand Campus Living and was responsible for the student living portfolio on a national basis. Her direct focus was on mentoring and providing support to the management team and ensuring communities operated with a competitive advantage while upholding the company’s values, policies and procedures.

In Lecocke’s new role of senior vice president of Asset Campus Housing, she will drive property performance, monitor market conditions and develop specific strategies to ensure her client's goals and objectives are achieved. She will also provide management expertise for future projects. Lecocke’s experience in various student housing markets across the US; combined with her hands-on operating approach will prove to be invaluable to ACH’s team and clients.
