ABPathfinder Unveils Major Enhancements to Award-Winning Special Needs Software
Overland Park, KS (PRWEB) April 08, 2015 -- ABPathfinder, Inc., developer of a cloud-based software tool to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of autism therapy, announces major operability enhancements to its award-winning software platform that helps therapists and special education teachers collect data and analyze performance. The cloud-based software will be on display at several conferences throughout April, including the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) 2015 Convention & Expo.
“We’re excited to announce these enhancements at a time when awareness of autism – and special needs as a whole – is at a high,” said Jeff Blackwood, president and CEO of ABPathfinder. “With improved features and navigation, our software will further empower therapists and educators to maximize their time and effectiveness with every child.”
ABPathfinder captures real-time data and graphs client progress, allowing therapists and educators to efficiently track skills, behaviors and goals. Studies demonstrate that ABPathfinder improves measurable outcomes, with children acquiring skills up to 20 percent faster when the company’s technology is used. ABPathfinder also cuts administration and planning time in half, enabling therapists and educators to focus their attention on individualized strategies and interaction rather than paperwork.
The innovative software will soon feature a new look, complete with a revamped dashboard, updated iconography and enhanced navigation. Therapists and educators will also have access to an improved “Goal Planning” tab, where they can easily manage the progress of skills and targets. In addition, a “System Utilization Summary Report ” will make key backend data – such as the average time spent on patients or students and the number of behaviors tracked per session – readily available. More enhancements to the software will be rolled out over the coming months.
EdTech Digest recently named ABPathfinder as the top special needs solution and a recipient of a 2015 “Cool Tool” Award. Throughout April, the enhanced software will be featured at conferences hosted by the Ohio Association for Behavior Analysis (OHABA), Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis (VABA), Four Corners Association for Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
