gControl Cloud Security Solution for Google Apps (Google For Work) comes with Rights Management and New Access Control
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) April 13, 2015 -- CloudCodes released a new version of gControl, their cloud security signature product- that is poised to additional layers of security to Google Applications. The new release includes multiple new features and advanced enhancements to the existing features adding to their cloud firewall for Google Apps.
The new release of gControl comes armed with Rights Management for email which was one of the key element missing in Google Apps as compared to traditional Microsoft Outlook. IRM will enable the user to add certain privileges to emails before sending them. Google recently announced support for IRM for Google Drive.
Another must watch out for feature is delegated admins for gControl . The delegated Admin feature of gControl will enable the super admins to delegate management of gControl to multiple users. Apart from access read/write privilege can also be provided to the users for each feature.
3rd party App restriction is another smart addition to gControl, which acts as a preventive mechanism for prohibiting users from registering with any third party application unless it is whitelisted by the respective organization.
The new version of ‘gControl’ will also provide integration with Active Directory with single sign on ability (Single Sign on with Active Directory).
Apart from these gControl comes with a number of additional features like Email Classification, forgot password enhancements, password policy enhancements , support for Safari Browser, designed to meet the security and compliance need of the most demanding enterprise from day one.
