Mike Messner has joined the PDQ team as Technical Services Manager. In this important new position, Messner will cover many important tasks. He’ll field and respond to tech questions, control the portions of the PDQ website devoted to templating and instruction, handle return goods authorization, coordinate and execute training for internal and external customers, and serve architects, designers and representatives when they need his technical expertise.
More broadly – but at least as significantly – he’s responsible for making certain that PDQ’s technical standards on all fronts meet (or improve) those of the industry at large.
Messner brings a strong operations and technical background to his new post, having held managerial positions with several OEMs. Most recently, over the last 14 years, he was Technical Services Manager and Key Systems Manager for DORMA Architectural Door Hardware of Reamstown, Pa.
