I know it sounds a little cliché, but it really is one big happy family.

Levity, teamwork and comradery are important parts of the culture at The Fax Guys. Even though these are a part of every workday, the company sets aside time to enhance them during what has become an annual offsite retreat. This year, The Fax Guys event is an excursion to the lakes in northern Minnesota to enjoy traditional Minnesota outdoor activities.
“I’m inspired every day when I come to work,” said Greg Osterdyk, Co-Owner and Chief Fax Guy at The Fax Guys. “Every person here is a delight to work with — they’re all extremely talented, dedicated, and just as important, fun. We definitely have our pranksters!”
In its fourth year, Minnesota Business’ “100 Best Companies to Work For” competition salutes Minnesota organizations that are setting the standard for leadership, benefits, best work environment, innovative training programs, and employee happiness. The “100 Best” are selected by an independent research firm that employs an anonymous online questionnaire filled out by the employees of each company.
“I’m constantly amazed by how enjoyable it is to be in the office,” said Brent Lothrop, Co-Owner and President of The Fax Guys. “I know it sounds a little cliché, but it really is one big happy family.”
The Fax Guys and other recipients of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” honor will be recognized at an event on June 4, 2015, at The Depot Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel. For more information on the award, visit http://www.minnesotabusiness.com.
