EVCP is taught over a three day period by certified trainer Gary Watts. Gary has been a real estate broker for 41 years, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, he is a Realtor Emeritus with NAR, and has twice been named as "Realtor of the Year" by the Orange County Association of Realtors. Gary is the economist for the Orange County Association of Realtors. His background makes him the go-to person for forecasting real estate trends. He has been a featured guest speaker on various radio, TV talk shows and was featured in an article in Fortune Magazine. He began his real estate career in 1971 as a consultant to builders, developers, title companies, as well as lending institutions. He presently manages 37 various investor-owned properties.
