Rocket Matter, the pioneering cloud-based legal software company, today announces Rocket Matter Intake, an easy-to-use online client intake form product which integrates with the company’s flagship solution. By connecting a law firm’s website to Rocket Matter’s practice management and time and billing software, Rocket Matter Intake enables full client lifecycle management from start to finish.

Rocket Matter Intake automates the process of gathering new client information. It’s easy to set up and lives on a law firm’s website. All of the information gathered through Rocket Matter Intake is funneled directly into the Rocket Matter CRM. From there, with the click of a button, legal professionals can create engagement letters, wills, motions, or any commonly used legal documents.

Rocket Matter Intake is currently in beta and is rolling out exclusively to the company’s existing law firm partners. The new offering requires a Rocket Matter subscription for practice management and time and billing. The Intake forms can be hosted natively on Rocket Matter Websites or can be easily embedded on preexisting websites.

Rocket Matter Intake also provides simple marketing automation for law firms. For example, law firms can easily create forms for different advertising campaigns and track which have a good return on investment and which are a waste of money. Rocket Matter Intake can identify where Internet traffic is coming from, and help law firms see which of their campaigns work and which don’t.

Rocket Matter Intake, when combined with Rocket Matter Websites, can also integrate with email service providers. This means that website visitors who fill out a form can be automatically added to monthly newsletter and email campaign software.
