Having reached their 10 year anniversary in January this year, Krowmark Ltd are more than pleased to add to the marking of this occasion with the announcement that they have been named the winners of two awards at the Observer and Gazette Business Awards 2015.
The awards were sponsored by a variety of local institutions and other businesses, with the judging undertaken by “a panel of judges representing the business community and the Chichester Chamber of Commerce and Industry”; each category looked for those who have “proven business achievement and excellence in their field” with the final ceremony held at the Hilton Avisford Park Hotel in Arundel, hosted by BBC One Show reporter and Channel 5 presenter: Nick Wallis.
In attendance to represent Krowmark Ltd were owner and managing director, Mark Ponsford, and also two of their account managers: Louise Quartermaine and Rachel Stickley.
Originally, the submitted presentation was intended for attainment in the customer service category; they were therefore very surprised to find that they were successful in winning not only their anticipated section but also the overall business of the year award, an outstanding achievement given the high level of competition from other entrants.
Upon interview with the Chichester Observer, Mark expressed that he was “shocked” to have won, adding upon arrival at the office on Monday that he was “happy to have been shortlisted” but standing out amongst the other businesses and “winning business of the year was an amazing feeling”.
It was remarked that the title of ‘award winning’ customer service not only motivates everyone to keep up their good work, but also allows their customers to know that they are verified as fantastic. Krowmark Ltd are looking forward to displaying their two shiny trophies in their foyer for customers and visitors to admire with them.
As winners in this ceremony, Krowmark Ltd are now also automatically finalists in the Johnston Press South Business Awards, to be held at The Grand Hotel in Brighton in October 2015. The team eagerly anticipate the new season of events coming in the latter half of this year and hope that they can walk away with a third award.
