Grooveshark Partners with John Lennon Educational Tour Bus at Hangout Festival
NEW YORK (PRWEB) April 13, 2015 -- Grooveshark, the leading streaming audio platform for content creators, listeners and broadcasters, today announced a continued partnership with The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus, the premier non-profit 501(c)(3) state-of-the-art mobile audio and HD video recording and production facility which has provided hands-on experiences for students of all ages since 1998. The annual initiative is part of an ongoing effort to support the availability of increased quality music education in schools.
The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus is currently on the ‘75th Anniversary Tour’ in honor of Lennon’s birth. Grooveshark is teaming up with the John Lennon Bus on site at the 2015 Hangout Festival for interviews and full recording sessions with Grooveshark artists on the bus.
Grooveshark will also be supporting existing promotional efforts to provide free water to all festival goers to promote a fun, safe festival experience. We also be teaming up with Corkcicle using their truck to pump up the crowd waiting in line to enter the festival. We will be placing this pop-up monster DJ truck at the main entry gate with marketing promotions and free concert gear for attendees to encourage communal and safe fun. In addition, Grooveshark will jointly sponsor the only official Friday night festival after party.
