Iroquois Valley Farms Announces New $20 Million Private Placement Offering
Chicago, Illinois (PRWEB) April 15, 2015 -- Iroquois Valley Farms LLC, a leading organic farmland leasing company, announced the release of a new private placement offering. The new offering, available only for accredited investors under Regulation D Rule 506(c), consists of $15 million equity and $5 million debt. Equity investors buy into an existing diversified portfolio of 23 farms, which will soon include two more that are currently under contract. The Company is selling the offering without any fees or commissions with the proceeds being used to fund new farm acquisitions. David E.
