Wozniak will provide key insights for employers on topics including:
- The impact of recent decisions on disclosure claims in ERISA stock drop litigation;
- Whether employers should, or will, continue to offer retirement plans that invest in employer stock;
- Statute of limitations issues in litigation regarding plan investments; and
- Recommendations for how ERISA professionals can mitigate the risk of offering employer stock as a plan investment option.
According to its website, the ninth American Conference Institute’s National Forum on ERISA Litigation is designed to provide expert strategies for in-house and outside counsel on litigating current key issues involving benefit plans, plan investments and fiduciaries.
