Brighton, UK (PRWEB UK) 14 April 2015
Applied Systems today announced that it has relocated its UK headquarters to Invicta House in Trafalgar Place, Brighton’s flagship business development centre. The new location will serve as a central hub for Applied Systems’ expanding business in the UK and facilitate further customer relations, support and software investment in the UK insurance industry.
“As the global insurance marketplace continues to evolve, insurers and brokers are leveraging leading-edge digital technology to further differentiate their business and customer service models and drive business growth,” said Reid French, chief executive officer, Applied Systems. “We are pleased to open our new UK headquarters, which will support our growing business, new product innovation and expanded customer relations in the UK, building on our commitment to the UK marketplace to ensure brokers and insurers gain the greatest value from their technology investments.”
Since Applied’s acquisition of Insurecom in August of 2013, the company has heavily invested in the UK marketplace to increase connectivity, data exchange, and automation between insurers, brokers, and their customers. In February 2014, Applied opened a new state-of-the-art data centre to support increasing demand from brokers for cloud-based software and better serve its customers in the region. Additionally, Applied introduced Applied CSR24, the leading global online client self-service software, and Applied MobileProducer, the first-to-market mobile application for UK account executives, in 2014 to increase multichannel servicing and empower mobile workforces. Applied also continues to expand its Commercial and Personal Lines insurer panel and extend insurer connectivity through its Applied Rating and Fulfillment Services.
