Pioneer’s Benchmark Case Management System Selected in Mobile, Alabama
Sanford, FL (PRWEB) April 14, 2015 -- After an extensive review process that included dozens of demonstrations from multiple vendors, the Mobile County Probate Court chose Pioneer Technology Group to replace their Court case management system.
The Benchmark system will bring significant efficiency to the Court, eliminating the need for multiple modules of software and more tightly integrating the case images. In addition to improving case processing, the Benchmark system will prepare the Court for future initiatives such as e-filing, a process that may be approved as early as this year.
Mobile County Judge of Probate Don Davis said: “We are pleased to be moving forward with Pioneer’s judicial case management program. The Benchmark system offered more flexibility and efficiency than the other programs we considered. Of particular importance is the capability the Benchmark system provides to help the Probate Court move forward with electronic filling of judicial pleadings and affording internet access to those pleadings, which has been a priority goal of the Probate Court. With the support and cooperation of Mobile County Commission we are looking forward to initiating the computer program conversion and ultimately providing a higher level of service and greater access to the Mobile legal and business community and those persons interested in judicial matters pending in the Court”
“Mobile is an important partner in our growth, representing our third Court in Alabama and our first Probate Court in the state” Said Steve Rumsey, President of Pioneer. “We are excited to move this project forward quickly for Mobile, as we understood they were in a difficult situation when their previous vendor ceased support. This is a major step forward for the Mobile County Probate Court and for the citizens of Mobile.”
