Autoscribe Corporation announced today that their Maryland office has been relocated.

Autoscribe Corporation, provider of PaymentVision and Lyons Commercial Data, announced that its existing Maryland office has been relocated within Gaithersburg, Maryland. The new office was necessitated by continued growth in demand for the firm’s services, and offers a more efficient layout that will enhance their ability to serve customers at the highest levels.

“We are happy to announce our move into a more efficient office space, located just down the road from the prior location,” said Jim Phelan, Senior Vice President of Sales. “Our new office underscores our commitment to both our customers and our employees, and will support our continued growth and expansion while also providing a better working environment for current and future staff.”

The new office is located on the fourth floor of The Summit at Washingtonian, a two building, eight story upscale office development that’s conveniently located just off of the I-270 technology corridor in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The buildings have also been awarded the LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. This ensures that they are environmentally responsible. Some of the benefits include:

  •     Reduction in water consumption by up to 45%
  •     Less absenteeism and illness
  •     Low-emitting paints and other materials to minimize exposure to hazardous chemicals while maximizing indoor air quality
  •     Energy-saving outside air control that measures the amount of needed indoor air to deliver the amount necessary to maintain a fresh building environment
  •     Multi-stage air filtration that removes 85% or more of airborne pollutants

The full address of the new location is as follows:
9711 Washingtonian Boulevard, Suite 440
Gaithersburg, MD 20878
