Lois Hammill is recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Lois A. Hammill as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation's leading networking organization for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“I’m pleased to welcome Lois into this exceptional group of professional women,” said NAPW President Star Jones. "Her knowledge and experience are valuable assets to her clients and community."

“My on-the-job professional goals are to ensure the companies I represent are delivering the best quality of service / product to their customers, and that they go beyond simply ‘meeting the requirements’ by striving to provide customers with a quality experience beyond their expectations,” says Ms. Hammill.

In her more than 25 years of professional experience, Ms. Hammill has garnered extensive expertise in a variety of arenas, including federal and civil government. She is an American Society for Quality Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ / OE) and Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001.

With her motivation and drive to succeed, Ms. Hammill’s skills and areas of expertise include quality assurance, quality control, business process improvement, and program and project management. She continually works on building a career that is fulfilling and always strives to reach new goals.

Ms. Hammill received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National Louis University and is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. She would like to get involved with advocacy programs that help women get back on their feet. Her passion for charitable organizations includes Wounded Warrior Project, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and homeless animal rescue.
