National Association of Professional Women inducts Lois Hammill, Former Director of Quality of FCi Federal, into its 2015-2016 VIP Woman of the Year Circle

She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. She is an American Society for Quality Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ / OE) and Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001.
With her motivation and drive to succeed, Ms. Hammill’s skills and areas of expertise include quality assurance, quality control, business process improvement, and program and project management. She continually works on building a career that is fulfilling and always strives to reach new goals.
Ms. Hammill received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National Louis University and is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. She would like to get involved with advocacy programs that help women get back on their feet. Her passion for charitable organizations includes Wounded Warrior Project, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and homeless animal rescue.
