Convergence, a platform capturing 15mm data points on 15,000+ Registered Investment Advisors to alternative asset industry service providers, investors and managers, announced the release of its Talent Identification Manager. The product provides executive search firms with the ability to leverage the Convergence platform of C-suite contacts, most notably the CEO, CFO, COO, CTO and CRO. The Talent Identification Manager provides Recruiting Firms and Human Resource Executives with the ability to perform an advanced search on key candidates. Experience and exposure can be tagged by the user, which allows for a ‘short list’ of qualified candidates.
