Winston-Salem, NC and Champaign, IL (PRWEB) April 20, 2015 -- PMG Research, Inc. (PMG) announced today the establishment of its 12th clinical research site: PMG Research of Christie Clinic. Effective May 1, 2015, PMG Research has assumed operation of the clinical research department at Christie Clinic in Champaign-Urbana, IL, expanding PMG’s footprint outside the Southeast to a second region within the United States. This new integrated site within a 150 multi-specialty physician practice enhances PMG’s access to an additional 80,000 patients. For the patients in east central Illinois, this brings an increased opportunity to participate in a wide offering of clinical research trials. For the pharmaceutical and clinical trials industry, the PMG/Christie Clinic partnership means collaboration with a greater number of physician investigators across a wider range of therapeutic areas, increased physician referrals to the PMG network, better access to patients and the same consistent quality experience across the PMG Research enterprise of geographically dispersed sites.
Jennifer Byrne, CEO of PMG Research explains, “PMG has found in Christie Clinic the same dedication to the patient experience and community health that PMG pursues. Their desire to provide a personal touch to all aspects of patient care while also focusing on providing cutting edge research opportunities to the patients they serve, aligns well with PMG Research and our core values of excellence, quality, growth with value, and the greater good. The leadership, staff, and physician dedication to clinical research and its benefit to patient, community, and medical advancement, further provide the foundation for what is to be a truly successful partnership.”
