Indiana Limestone Co. Wins Indiana ACG’s Small Cap Value Award
Oolitic, Ind. (PRWEB) April 21, 2015 -- The Indiana Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth will salute Indiana Limestone Co., a premier supplier of the Hoosier State’s prized architectural limestone, with its 2015 Small Cap Value Award.
In addition to the Small Cap Value Award, the chapter will award a Large Cap Value Award and a Deal of the Year Award. Each recognizes outstanding efforts in business development across Indiana, with particular attention to mergers and acquisition activity, the impact of effective capital investment support, and efforts to increase employment in the state.
Luke Phenicie, President of ACG Indiana and Lead Transaction Partner at Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, Inc., said the awards are granted to firms that have demonstrated impressive growth and that have unusually strong management or entrepreneurial stories to share.
“Indiana Limestone’s reorganization and improved balance sheet caught our attention,” he said. “It’s a great story for Indiana of newfound corporate stability, expanded employment and impressive sales growth, and demonstrates how the right capital partner can really add value and help with corporate growth.”
“We’re very proud to receive the Small Cap Value Award,” said Tom Quigley, Indiana Limestone CEO. “Growth at Indiana Limestone is the result of a solid strategy supported by a business structure that includes a dynamic management team, a rock-solid workforce, superior products, a powerful global brand, and the capital backing necessary to carry it all forward.”
This year’s awards will be presented in a dinner ceremony April 23 at Union Station Grand Hall, Indianapolis.
