In the past few weeks, TheBeautyPlace.com has been undergoing maintenance and a couple of changes.
"We had to run maintenance on our shipping facilities to update software and make needed changes," said Jennifer Ramirez, the PR Director. "It disrupted our regular shipping schedule but we are happy to say that we are back on track after having completed the maintenance."
Now, TheBeautyPlace.com is in the process of changing phone systems which has not allowed some calls to come in through the toll-free number.
"A temporary number has been created in the meantime while this is resolved," said Ramirez. "The temporary phone number to reach Customer Service is 786-254-6625. Our hours are the same and the shipment of orders has not been affected by the phone system changes occurring."
Standard shipping information was changed as well.
Orders with standard shipping selected are processed within 1 to 3 full business days. Once an order has been processed, it is shipped and standard delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 business days across the United States and Canada.
