With technology professionals from large companies, service providers and government agencies attending, KEG provides the groups participating in the panel discussion an outstanding platform to share their organizations' goals and activities.

In lieu of a traditional keynote speech at this year’s Kinetic Enthusiasts Group (KEG) event at The Depot Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, a panel discussion will take place including representatives from four technology-focused organizations sharing how they are building bridges to underserved communities.

The discussion, called “Platform for the Future,” will take place May 5 at 8:15 a.m.. Mike Bollinger, co-founder of TECHdotMN and founder of mobile design & development firm Livefront, will moderate. Panel participants include:

  • The Nerdery Overnight Website Challenge – Mark Malmberg, Communications Director, The Nerdery;
  • Twin Cities Geekettes – Jenna Pederson, Twin Cities Geekettes Ambassador and Founder of 612 Software Foundry;
  • Project for Pride in Living (PPL) techspark! Project – Eric Oines, Associate Director of Youth Development;
  • Genesys Works – Abbey Otteson, Workplace Manager

IT managers and directors from more than 30 organizations across the U.S. and Canada will gather at KEG from May 3 through 8 for Kinetic Data strategic learning sessions, customer stories, product sneak peeks, hands-on training and more.

“With technology professionals from large companies, service providers and government agencies attending, KEG provides the groups participating in the panel discussion an outstanding platform to share their organizations' goals and activities,” said John Sundberg, president of Kinetic Data.

The fourth annual KEG event will be the largest to date and the first held in the Twin Cities. With just a few weeks until the event, attendee registration already is up 50 percent from KEG 2014. Kinetic Data is a developer of innovative enterprise request management (ERM) and business process workflow software based in St. Paul.

This year’s KEG event also includes the second annual Wally Awards given to customers for their innovative and creative use of Kinetic Data software. Last year’s winners at the Wally Awards included: Advanced Technology Services, Inc.; CareTech Solutions; and Nordstrom, Inc.

“Kinetic Data customers are zealous advocates for our software once they see how ERM improves their organization’s efficiency and responsiveness while simultaneously reducing costs and transforming the customer experience,” said Sundberg.
