Sintex Wausaukee to provide composite interiors for Caterpillar Thailand operator cabs on Caterpillar underground mining rigs.

Sintex Wausaukee Composites Inc., a leading supplier of composite components for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs) announces the successful awarding of a component supply contract with Caterpillar Inc. to supply interior components for operator cabs on their underground mining rigs.

The components will be manufactured in Sintex Wausaukee’s recently opened FRP cell in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Engineering and quality control as well as product logistics will be directed by Sintex Wausaukee’s Special Projects Vehicle (SPV) team in Wausaukee, WI.
