Working on this project was rewarding as it allowed us to create a user-friendly experience for the guards and the homeowners association.
Houston, Texas (PRWEB) April 23, 2015
Relative Home Systems, a full-service residential and commercial custom electronics design and integration firm today announced their partnership with Flair Builders to outfit multiple Houston area subdivisions with smart security solutions.
Relative Home Systems pioneers the use of new automation techniques including this revolutionary access control system. Shadow Creek Estates, a 150-home subdivision located in The Woodlands, is equipped with Visualint Tag technology that uses license plate recognition to automatically open gates or barriers, allowing remote access without the need for a fob, transmitter, or window label.
Camera images capture the numbers and letters on a license plate and are then compared to a list of authorized vehicles, and, if allowed, the gate is opened. The system automatically records and logs all vehicles entering a site. In addition, homeowners can input license plate numbers of guests to provide temporary access to the property. This reliable system eliminates the need for a keypad or intercom system at a gated entrance.
The team at Visualint delivers a range of products and services based on their 20-year experience in the security and IT industries. Their security solutions utilize the latest technology with advanced features and competitive pricing.
“Working on this project was rewarding as it allowed us to create a user-friendly experience for the guards and the homeowners association,” said COO of Relative Home Systems Wayne Getschman. “Plus homeowners now have the ability to add temporary guest plates to the system, saving both parties time and adding convenience.”
Flair Builders, a home builder in the greater Houston area, constructs custom homes from $400,000 to over $5,000,000. They have developed subdivisions throughout Houston and build commercial spaces including medical buildings and shopping centers.
As a result of The Woodlands project, Relative Home Systems is preparing to work with Flair Builders on four additional projects.
“We’re excited first about this newfound partnership with Flair Builders and the incredible technology Visualint has to offer,” said Getschman.
