Kids Included Together is pleased to announce that Tammy Bailey has joined the organization as Chief Marketing Officer. Bailey will serve as the first Chief Marketing Officer at the San Diego based non-profit, supporting and accelerating their mission of ensuring that children of all abilities are welcomed and included in their communities. In this newly-created strategic marketing role, Bailey will work to expand the adoption of KIT’s recreational and developmental training programs centered around inclusive practice, primarily engaging and partnering with out of school child care and youth development programs. She will also lead some key projects such as enhancing the best in class online learning center, lead generation for increased earned revenues and charitable contributions, website redesign, advertising and public relations all with the goal of supporting the KIT inclusive mindset.
Bailey brings 25 years of corporate marketing success for large organizations like Coca-Cola, Mattel, Jack in the Box and most recently restaurant chain Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer, leading store reimaging and brand repositioning efforts. Bailey also sits on the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego.
