Revelation Software Concepts(RSC) today announced it has received certification of its integration with ServiceNow. Certification by ServiceNow signifies that Rev-Trac has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on integration interoperability, security and performance. The certification also ensures best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of Rev-Trac’s integration with ServiceNow.

Rev-Trac, the leading third-party automation software for SAP software-based systems, provides a vital bridge for DevOps initiatives now gaining popularity among the world’s largest and most complex SAP-powered companies. Rev-Trac’s ServiceNow integration provides bi-directional change updates between ServiceNow ITSM on the operations side, and Rev-Trac on the IT system data side.

Either Rev-Trac or ServiceNow can initiate change requests, and the integration keeps both ITSM and Change Control updated as a change request advances. Changes are completely visible both to Rev-Trac users and to ServiceNow users as they progress from Dev through QA to Productive systems.
