TJ Thinakaran, Co-Founder and COO, has been appointed as Chief Services Officer. Punit Shah, Co-Founder and CIO, will run product innovation as Chief Product Officer. Embracing the forward thinking SaaS trend of a dedicated executive focused on customer experience, Thinakaran will lead development operations, implementations and tier 2 support for API for the CallFire family of brands, with an increased focus on partner relationships. He is charged with providing unparalleled service and infrastructure to the more than 100,000 businesses that rely on the company’s services, as well as managing the IT infrastructure. Shah’s long-term experience with product design and execution, combined with his engineering background, will help inform CallFire’s product development and strategy, along with his current role in managing the company’s internal business intelligence and data warehouse.
