CallFire, Inc., the cloud-based text and voice platform that helps organizations engage their target audiences, today announced new roles for two of the company’s founding executives. TJ Thinakaran, Co-Founder and COO, has been appointed as Chief Services Officer. Punit Shah, Co-Founder and CIO, will run product innovation as Chief Product Officer. The changes align with CallFire’s continued focus on customer service and product innovation

Embracing the forward thinking SaaS trend of a dedicated executive focused on customer experience, Thinakaran will lead development operations, implementations and tier 2 support for API for the CallFire family of brands, with an increased focus on partner relationships. Shah’s long-term experience with product design and execution, combined with his engineering background, will help inform CallFire’s product development and strategy, along with his current role in managing the company’s internal business intelligence and data warehouse.

“Our consistent 30%+ compound annual growth has allowed us to expand our leadership team, which in turn lets us position critical C-level executives like TJ and Punit in laser focused roles to ensure continued product and partnership expansion,” says Ron Burr, CEO of CallFire. “As founding members, TJ and Punit have demonstrated strong leadership and value to CallFire since its inception, and I’m excited to watch each bring their expertise to these new roles in order to drive further innovation and results for the company.”
