Business Real-Time Communications (RTC) provider OnSIP announced today that it has been named in the “Cool Vendors in Unified Communications, 2015” report by leading analyst firm, Gartner, Inc. One of five vendors in the report, the company was selected for its innovation in OnSIP® InstaPhone, a WebRTC-based application that enables sales and support agents to engage in face-to-face video sessions directly from their Salesforce dashboard— no downloads required.
