BMOC Partners, master franchisor of Baristas Coffee Company announces a joint venture between BMOC and popular DuBois bakery, to service Baristas Coffee Company mall locations

BMOC Partners, master franchisor of Baristas Coffee Company (OTCQB:BCCI), announces the appointment of well-known, third generation, baker and foodie Lori Baronak as store manager of the Baristas Coffee Company location in the Dubois Mall, Dubois. Her employment includes a joint venture between BMOC and Baronak’s popular DuBois bakery, Kookie Kreations.

“Lori is a foodie,” stated Lance Lehr, ceo of BMOC Partners,“ she admittedly loves making people happy through delicious creations in her bakery’s kitchen.” Lehr stated that BMOC is privileged to have negotiated Baronak changing her business structure and partnering with BMOC.

Baronak has baked creations such as cookies, cupcakes, scones and pastries since her childhood with her grandmother, and created the immensely popular local bakery in 2007. BMOC, as part of its arrangement with Baronak, will partner with and sell baked goods from Baronak at the Dubois Baristas Coffee Company location; additionally, BMOC will wholesale to and retail the products throughout the Baristas chain.

“This is my family’s tradition” Baronak stated, confirming that her baked goods, popular in central Pennsylvania, will be retailed to Barista stores. Lehr added, “similar to Hale and Hearty Soups, BMOC is partnering with top of the line purveyors of quality foods. These individuals put their heart and soul into their product, and one taste will verify that to practically anyone. BMOC, and I, am proud of our association with these brands.”

BMOC appointed Baronak as Store Manager for DuBois based on her past retail and food industry experience, as well as the joint venture connection that became apparent. She starts work immediately, and the DuBois location of Baristas Coffee Company is scheduled for its grand opening next week and is open now on limited training hours.

Johnstown and Schuylkill Valley stores are scheduled for opening during May. A fourth store, Stroud Mall, Stroudsburg, began operation this week.
