The program, which is administered by Minnesota’s Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED), will offer tax rebates on both purchased equipment and utilities for client deployments in DataBank’s (MSP-2) East Twin Cities facility. Minnesota has made very clear its intent to grow IT-centric business investment in the State. The program is not only geared to both incentivize and ease technology business entry, but also foster a technical workforce and revenue growth throughout the region.
