Systems Continuity has announced today that it will now operate around the world under the name CloudCover, effective immediately. The name change reflects the evolution from a traditional reseller of third party maintenance to the leader in software-based Hybrid Maintenance Management.
“As companies embrace the Gartner recommended strategy of managing your maintenance contracts like you would manage a financial portfolio, it became evident that software would be necessary to normalize these complexities,” said Jeff Huggins, CEO at CloudCover. “Our CloudCover software was developed as this solution, so the more we thought about it, it made perfect sense to name the company CloudCover as well.”
CloudCover is a portal that allows you to manage all service contracts, associated IT assets, budgets, provisioning and vendors. As the leader in hybrid maintenance management, CloudCover provides its channel partners and their customers a centralized portal to manage business risk and maximize economic value.
“The uptake on CloudCover has been tremendous. We knew intuitively that this was solving a pervasive problem but we’re surprised by just how many enterprises fight this daily maintenance chaos,” adds Roger Lindsay, President at CloudCover.
In addition to the new name change, CloudCover has launched a new site to contribute to its rebranding efforts. The site is located at: http://www.cloudcover.it

CloudCover is the leader in the emerging technology segment known as Hybrid Maintenance Management (HMM). HMM is a strategy where IT organizations manage their maintenance portfolio much like a financial portfolio. After realizing that companies needed a means of facilitating HMM, CEO, Jeff Huggins and President, Roger Lindsay decided to create a software solution. From there, CloudCover was born.
