Gender pay equality is certainly not a new topic but it is one that appears to be being discussed with new urgency, particularly in the U.S.

In deciding to expand the product to the U.S., Pilat recognized the need for fair job assessment and grading criteria to help justify positions and the continuing issues regarding pay equality that result from subjective decision-making.
