Pandora Jewelry Announced as 2015 Visionary Award Winner for Customer Engagement During Microsoft Convergence

Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd., the 2014 Microsoft Dynamics Global CRM Partner of the Year, is pleased to announce that Pandora Jewelry, LLC was awarded a Microsoft Visionary Award for Customer Engagement during Microsoft Convergence 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia. The annual conference took place from March 16 to March 19, 2015 at the Georgia World Congress Center.

With only 12 customers being honored with awards out of more than 500 nominations, Visionary Awards are the highest level of acknowledgement within Microsoft’s new Microsoft Business Leadership Experience program. The program is designed to recognize customers who have achieved astonishing levels of excellence with Microsoft technology. As part of the exclusive Microsoft Business Leadership Experience program, the jewelry company’s accomplishments were highlighted during the Opening Keynote on March 16, 2015.

Pandora Jewelry’s Phillip Kennedy, director of information technology, and Diana Passyn, IT project manager, were in attendance in Atlanta to receive the Visionary Award. Kennedy was also selected to participate in the Opening Keynote alongside Kirill Tatarinov, executive vice president of the Microsoft Business Solutions Group.

During the Keynote, Kennedy explained how Pandora is using a mobile application connected to Microsoft Dynamics CRM to empower their sales team to easily enter notes while out in the field interacting with store owners. Use of the mobile application exemplifies how Pandora is putting the right tools in the hands of its employees to enable productivity, improve collaboration, and better connect with customers while driving a real business impact.
