The 6th Annual Awards Honors Cake Artists in North America

Dessert Professional Magazine, the nation's leading food service publication for the chocolate, pastry, cake, baking, and frozen desserts industries, are proud to announce their 2015 Top Ten Cake Artists in North America. The honorees were selected by editors Tish Boyle and Matthew Stevens.

"Our goal is to recognize cake artists who have demonstrated that rare combination of creativity, craft and hard work,” explains Boyle. “These artisans who don’t shy away from a challenge, and it shows in every one of their amazing cakes, which are really works of art.”
