Mountainside has been accredited for a period of three years by CARF International for its outstanding addiction treatment programs and services. This accreditation reflects Mountainside’s long history of excellence and accordance with the highest levels of international quality standards.

In order to receive a Three-Year Accreditation, Mountainside underwent a rigorous peer review process, demonstrating to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.

The CARF accreditation extends to the following programs:

  • Detoxification: Integrated: AOD / MH (Adults)
  • Detoxification: Opioid Treatment Program (Adults)
  • Intensive Outpatient Treatment: Integrated: AOD / MH (Adults)
  • Residential Treatment: Integrated: AOD / MH (Adults)

“Mountainside is pleased to receive accreditation from a premier health care accrediting body like CARF International,” said Stephen Langley, Mountainside’s Executive Director. “Team members from across the organization continue to work together to develop and implement best-in-class approaches and strategies that improve care for our clients.”
