The mounts attach simply and directly to the 75mm or 100mm mounting holes of standard VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) compliant monitors using four M4 screws. Their design is compact (5 cm deep) and features a durable glass-filled nylon housing for effective sealing of all internal components and lubricant. Durable zinc die cast internal housings and bushings combined with hardened steel shaft and torque elements contribute to longevity in service.
vTilt is also available with Reell's patented One-way torque technology, which removes nearly all resistance to upward motion without compromising holding force in the downward direction. One-way torque gives vTilt an advantage when working with larger screens. Vice-president of Sales and Customer Service Jack Field says “Eliminating the resistance during upward movement is especially important for large monitors. It means you can have the higher holding forces these monitors require, and adjustment feels almost magical.”
