Administrators are now able to access an individual employee list through which they can assign SOPs to a specific employee or employee group. The system will now automatically send notifications to those employees as well. The update also permits administrators to set distinct effective and due dates so that SOPs can be assigned even after their effective date has passed. Documents will now be automatically reassigned to users after a version update, and administrators are able to set automatic e-mail reminders to further ensure employee compliance.
