Coastal is also excited to announce the recent addition of two important new staff members to the Coastal Team. Last month, Joe Piccirilli, Jr. was hired as Coastal's Chief Financial Officer. A Delaware native, Joe began his career at Kupferman & Associates, where he gained broad experience in accounting and financial reporting. Most recently, he worked for the Vanguard Group Inc., as a Financial Regulatory Specialist, where he supported the firm's self-clearing broker-dealer operations. Joe graduated with a BS in Accounting from Neumann University in 2002.
In November 2014, Frank Skinner came on board as Chief Legal Officer of the Coastal companies. Formerly in private practice, Franks brings years of experience in commercial litigation, collection, securities, and regulatory law to his new role. Admitted to the bars in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Frank graduated with a JD from Widener University School of Law in 1996 after earning a BS in electrical engineering in 1991 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
