Developed together with Tagit, the market leader in Mobile Banking solution, the app allows users to see properties available for sales, details on nearby facilities, connect with real estate agents and determine their ability to take a loan to buy the property.
Using Augmented Reality technology, the property buyer only needs to hold their phone up on any street and explore domestic and commercial properties for sale nearby. The app also allows for 2D Map views and provides the property buyer the ability to set selection criteria to pull the relevant property details matching these conditions.
Besides searching for properties, the property buyer may call a real estate agent, calculate loan amount, login using social media and share the properties that they like with their friends and family through emails, sms, Facebook and Whatsapp.
This app will benefit any prospective buyer – whether local or abroad – as they can search for properties either for living, investment of business, in a location of their choice or range that suits their financial needs. Users need not be Maybank customers and can enjoy the luxury of browsing through their mobile devices for properties conveniently anytime, anywhere.
The new app is now available to Maybank Malaysia customers and non-customers on iOS and Android, brings simple and accessible ways for property buyers to find, view and inquire about properties.
