The American Payroll Association (APA) Annual Congress is the industry’s premier event, providing progressive payroll education and enhanced networking opportunities for professionals in payroll, accounts payable, finance, HR, and benefits. The APA Annual Congress will be held May 5 – 9, 2015 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV.

Beth Baerman, Director of Communications for Attendance on Demand, will present “Time and Attendance Data Essential for Affordable Care Act (ACA) Compliance” on Tuesday, May 5th. Baerman was also chosen to participate as a panelist in the “Punch in and Punch out: Trends in Time and Attendance” workshop on Friday, May 8th.

Baerman is an expert in time and labor management. As a frequent speaker about labor compliance, she has been advising employers about the Affordable Care Act and its implications for over three years. Baerman was recognized for this work with a 2014 Gold Award for Communications in the prestigious Women in Business World Awards.
