ITS’s network for ATM maintenance involves a complicated web of interconnected systems. ITS did not want the major time and labor expense of rewriting existing systems in order to combine all of this data, what was desired instead was a centralized dashboarding and reporting tool which could integrate data from three separate terminal control/monitoring systems, a field staff management system, a time-keeping system, a part repair/supply/tracking system, an ITL incident management system, data feeds from external customer databases, web portals, GPS tracking system, and a half dozen other systems that perform minor functions.
