AU10TIX algorithm innovation helps relieve one of the major computing resource guzzlers of conventional solutions, helping streamline customer processing and increase effective traffic handling volume.
Nicosia, Cyprus (PRWEB) April 30, 2015
Latest AU10TIX BOS innovation widens the already significant speed and quality gap between AU10TIX BOS and conventional ID image authentication solutions. Non-ID images and non-MRZ ID images now take processing speed similar to ICAO-standard MRZ documents. As a significant part of customer identity authentication traffic is composed of ID cards, driver’s licenses and other documents that do not feature MRZ lines, this innovation is of critical important to any relevant online and mobile regulated service. The new AU10TIX BOS feature represents a significant leap forward in computing efficiency, helping accelerate auto-classification, authentication and conversion of such “information thin” documents to workable digital records.
Conventional solutions rely primarily of logical (data cased) recognition and authentication, thus featuring relatively high failure rates, high computing resource consumption and extended processing times.
“One cannot under-estimate the significance of this innovation,” says Ron Atzmon, Managing Director at AU10TIX. “It may be transparent to users and service providers, but it opens up their customer acquisition pipeline to faster, more accurate and less noisy instream. This translates to better response time, less manual handling and higher output quality – namely competitive edge and higher operating efficiency.”
“Everyone who tested AU10TIX BOS against any conventional solution sees the difference in numbers,” says Ofer Friedman, VP Marketing of AU10TIX: “AU10TIX BOS is not just a ‘better performing technology’ – it is a different technology than conventional solutions. We did not just convert conventional algorithms to work online; we designed a system that’s adapted to the different conditions in online and mobile, customer-not-present environments. As online services develop, the demand for broad coverage of local ID documents increases, and there are still primarily non-standard ones. Anyone who’s in the business will recognize the huge value of this innovation immediately.”
