The Center for Creative Leadership is partnering with Lead Star to create the CCL Partner Network, an innovative program that provides independent consultancies the opportunity to affiliate with CCL, gain access to its exclusive leadership development tools and resources, and receive business coaching to assist them with marketing their services and growing their business.

Lead Star is the ideal partner for CCL. Both Angie and Courtney know firsthand the challenges that independent consultancies face, and they can help these businesses grow while providing insights into how to leverage their relationship with CCL.

CCL, a top-ranked, global provider of leadership development, is excited to offer this unique program to other leadership development consultancies. “The CCL Partner Network will create valuable ties between CCL and successful practitioners, expanding our capacity to drive results for individual leaders and organizations around the globe,” said John R. Ryan, CCL President and CEO.

As soon as an individual consultancy joins the CCL Partner Network, it will schedule a one-on-one conference with a Partner Network Director to discuss business needs and goals. The consultancy will then be invited to CCL’s headquarters to attend a partner summit, where it will meet other Partner Network members and receive expert guidance on how to utilize CCL’s assessments, curriculum and learning platforms that are offered as part of their membership. Once the summit experience is complete, each Partner Network member will receive ongoing business coaching to ensure it stays on track with its business goals.

CCL selected Lead Star’s Founders, Angie Morgan and Courtney Lynch, as the Partner Network Directors based on their past success building their business and their firm’s reputation in the leadership development field. “Lead Star is the ideal partner for CCL. Both Angie and Courtney know firsthand the challenges that independent consultancies face, and they can help these businesses grow while providing insights into how to leverage their relationship with CCL,” Ryan said.

“Angie and I built our company from a startup to a multi-million dollar practice by embedding CCL best practices, tools and resources into client projects. We are passionate about engaging our peers as they seek to continue to grow their businesses and add greater value to their clients,” said Lynch, who also co-authored the best-selling business book “Leading from the Front” with Morgan.
