With this combined offering, E-Complish’s business partners are positioned to offer their customers payment options that are better suited to their individual needs.

Following the integration of E-Complish Text2Pay and DirectPay IVR solutions, customers have the option of not only making payments through text messaging, but receiving billing information, account aging, and balance reminders and alerts while on mobile, which previously was only available through a web-based system.

After a customer completes a call through the DirectPay solution, they will be given the option to enroll in the E-Complish Text2Pay bill reminder and payment feature, after which they will be asked to create a four to six digit pin to complete registration. Customers then receive text reminders for upcoming bills and have the option of entering their pin to make payments easily and safely over text message. At no time in the process are credit cards or bank account numbers entered over text, keeping the entire process completely PCI Compliant.

With E-Complish’s DirectPay process adhering to Level 1 PCI Compliance and ensuring all transaction information is encrypted and secure, call centers are able to quickly implement the solution and immediately bypass dilemmas associated with call recordings and compliance. Under PCI Rules, a call recording that includes verbal credit card numbers must be encrypted and stored in a secure manner, which is an extremely costly process to organizations. With the added ease of Text2Pay, transactions reach an even higher level of security.
