Results Leadership Group to Hold Second International Results Based Accountability™ Summit in Sydney, Australia
Rockville, MD (PRWEB) May 11, 2015 -- Results Leadership Group and the Conference Host Committee invite the public to attend the Results Based Accountability™ (RBA) Australia 2015 Summit, to be held September 30th to October 1st in Sydney, Australia.
The Results Based Accountability™ Australia Summit represents the second annual international summit of its kind. This event will focus on introducing nonprofit and government leaders to cutting-edge concepts and tools that are being used around the world to help create measurable improvement for children, adults, families, and communities as a whole. Last year, more than 200 nonprofit and government leaders convened in Johannesburg, South Africa for the world's first international Results based Accountability Summit.
In addition to presentations; lively discussion panels, small breakout sessions, and hands-on workshops will offer an interactive learning experience. Participants will learn from real-world examples and integrate their current work into practice sessions, engaging them in practical skill building. Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to use data-driven thinking and the Results Based Accountability™ method to measure their community's well-being, measure agency and program performance, and create strategies for small and large-scale improvement. They will also leave with an enhanced skill-set that will allow them to collaborate and communicate efforts more effectively and work towards creating measurable improvements for the communities they serve.
The summit will feature speakers who are international leaders and experts in the fields of social change, multi-party collaboration, leadership, negotiation, performance measurement, program and agency management, and the Results Based Accountability™ framework for disciplined decision-making.
