Ara, a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Los Angeles Entertainment and Media Practice, is listed in the ‘Corporate Lawyers’ category. He is noted for handling the financing and distribution for The Weinstein Co.’s (TWC) largest TV deal ever (Netflix’s $90 million check for Marco Polo) as well as, TWC's deal for Netflix's Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon sequel and advising Beijing-based DMG Entertainment on its U.S. investments. Ara focuses his practice on entertainment and media industry transactions. Rosenbloum has wide-ranging experience negotiating complex content agreements with record companies, music publishing companies, music publishing rights organizations, motion picture studios, television networks, and various independent contact providers and aggregators.
Rosengart, a shareholder in the Litigation Practice at Greenberg Traurig, is listed in the ‘Litigators’ category. A former law clerk to Justice David Souter on the N.H.
