In partnership with Podiatry Today and The Dermatologist, the North American Center for Continuing Medical Education, LLC (NACCME) is pleased to announce a series of complimentary live Continuing Medical Education (CME) dinner meetings. This accredited dinner meeting series titled, “Evolving Treatment Strategies for Onychomycosis,” is designed for podiatrists, dermatologists, and related healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with onychomycosis.
The co-chairs for the Podiatry and Dermatology CME dinner meetings are Warren S. Joseph, DPM and Bryan C. Markinson, DPM. Dr. Joseph and Dr. Markinson will join the top physicians in the fields of Podiatry and Dermatology to lead the Evolving Treatment Strategies for Onychomycosis CME dinner meetings. James Q. Upon successful completion of the Podiatry and Dermatology CME activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss the importance of timely diagnosis and treatment of onychomycosis
- Recognize and manage comorbid conditions, such as tinea pedis, that impact onychomycosis treatment success
- Identify and overcome challenges to the use of available systemic onychomycosis therapies
- Evaluate the safety, efficacy, and clinical role of available topical onychomycosis therapy
- Apply evolving treatment strategies and evidence to comprehensive management of onychomycosis
