Compensation Resources, Inc. (CRI) is pleased to announce that participation is now open for the 2015 - 2016 Annual Salary Budget Planning Survey. This survey is targeted to the general industry, and is designed to report merit increases and salary structure movement for 2015 and projected 2016 across all job groups, including Executive, Management, Exempt, Non-Exempt, and Hourly/Production. Other topics include current conditions (layoffs, hiring freezes, etc.), short- and long-term incentive plans, and compensation packages.

CRI is inviting all organizations to take part in this survey. To participate, please visit CRI's website at http://www.CompensationResources.com. The deadline to complete the survey is June 9, 2015. CRI will share the results of this survey to all participating employers, free of charge. Non-participants may purchase the survey for $120.
