Upper Saddle River, NJ (PRWEB) April 30, 2015 -- Compensation Resources, Inc. (CRI) is pleased to announce that participation is now open for the 2015 - 2016 Annual Salary Budget Planning Survey. This survey is targeted to the general industry, and is designed to report merit increases and salary structure movement for 2015 and projected 2016 across all job groups, including Executive, Management, Exempt, Non-Exempt, and Hourly/Production. Other topics include current conditions (layoffs, hiring freezes, etc.), short- and long-term incentive plans, and compensation packages.
