Dirk Beveridge continues to lead the movement of change and innovation throughout wholesale distribution with today’s introduction of a new weekly podcast series Innovate For The Future.
The innovation movement throughout distribution began in 2012 when Beveridge introduced UnleashWD, the only innovation summit for distributors and was accelerated with the 2014 publication of his best selling book INNOVATE! How Successful Distributors Lead Change In Disruptive Times. Now, this movement is about to get another shot of adrenaline with today’s introduction of this new weekly podcast series.
The podcast series is designed to provide intimate access to some of the world’s most effective leaders, innovators, and disrupters from within distribution and beyond.
The innovative structure of Innovate For The Future features a “series within a series” format. Rather than one-off, stand alone interviews, each guest will be featured in a series of five 30 minute podcast episodes. The format allows for deep and rich conversations on a specific topic that will guide the listeners on a powerful and inspiring learning journey.

Also unique is the context that will be evident throughout each episode and series. First introduced in INNOVATE!, The Innovative Distributor™ model provides a framework for leaders to create a relevant and sustainable business in what Beveridge has termed the Age of Disruption.

Each series will feature a schedule of five episodes with one leader, innovator, and/or disrupter. The first series of five episodes features discussions with Andrew Berlin, Chairman and CEO of Berlin Packaging - the first episode is available today. The second series will feature L.T. Gibson, CEO of U.S. LBM, and will premier on Monday June 8.
The schedule for each series:
Episode One - How to peer into the future to create a compelling vision supported by innovative and disruptive strategies.
Episode Two - How these leaders foster a spirit and culture of innovation.
Episode Three - How to develop a value proposition that acts as a magnet for customers while creating a platform of innovation.
Episode Four - How to explore new business models and design new systems for creating, capturing, and delivering value.
Episode Five - The final episode in each series will look at the transformative leadership styles and processes of Dirk’s guest.
