The new Dan-Loc Group is comprised of three subsidiary companies: Dan-Loc Bolt & Gasket of Houston, Texas, Texthread, Inc. of Houston, Texas and Spensall Engineering of Leeds, United Kingdom.
The new Dan-Loc Group has over 188 years of combined experience manufacturing and distributing threaded products, gaskets & seals and precision machined parts and components. The new Dan-Loc Group manufactures products that serve the global oil & gas industry as well as the industrial, marine, power generation, and transportation industries. The new Dan-Loc Group has seven (7) facilities in the USA, Canada, and UK to serve their customers.
