Nothing says summertime like baseball and sweetFrog.

The frozen yogurt chain sweetFrog Enterprises is pleased to announce partnerships with the Hickory Crawdads (NC) and the Myrtle Beach Pellicans (SC). As part of each sponsorship, sweetFrog will have in-stadium concession locations and offer fans discounts at local sweetFrog locations.

“We love being a part of the Hickory Community,” said Luke Shook, co-owner of the Hickory sweetFrog. “Sponsoring the Crawdads is a great opportunity and we look forward to enjoying the games and the great taste of sweetFrog with the fans.”

“There’s nothing better than baseball at the beach,” said Randy Webb, owner of two Myrtle Beach sweetFrog shops. “Unless, of course you can be enjoying a sweetFrog at the same time.”

The Hickory Crawdads are a Class A farm team of the Chicago White Sox in the South Atlantic Baseball Minor League. The Myrtle Beach Pelicans play in the Carolina League and are a Class A-Advanced affiliate of the Chicago Cubs. The two minor league partnerships come one year after sweetFrog announced a sponsorship and in-stadium sales location with the New York Yankees.

“Nothing says summertime like baseball and sweetFrog,” said Matt Smith, chief marketing officer of sweetFrog. “We are thrilled to offer our sweet treat from baseball’s biggest stage, Yankee Stadium, to Class A ball in Hickory, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC.”
